1. Who we are

2. What we collect
- Information you give us. When you submit the contact or audit form: your name, email address, and optionally your company, website, and a description of your workflow.
- Booking information. If you book a call, Calendly collects your name, email, and the answers to any scheduling questions.
- Voice demo audio. If you use the live AI receptionist at /demo, your microphone audio is streamed to our voice provider to generate a real-time response and transcript. See section 4.
- Analytics data. If, and only if, you accept analytics cookies: pages viewed, approximate region, device and browser type, referring source, and interactions such as clicking a call-to-action. Your IP address is anonymised.
- Server logs. Our host records standard request logs, including IP address, for security and abuse prevention.
3. Why we use it, and on what legal basis

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to train AI models.
4. The live voice demo
The demo at /demo uses Retell AI to run a real-time voice conversation. When you press “Start Call” and grant microphone permission, your audio is streamed to Retell, which converts it to text, generates a response, and returns synthesised speech. A transcript is displayed in your browser during the call.
We use this only to demonstrate the product. We do not use demo audio or transcripts for marketing, and we do not attempt to identify you from them. Retell processes this data as our sub-processor under their own terms and retention policy.
If you would rather not have your voice processed, simply don't start the demo. Nothing else on the site requires microphone access.
5. Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID G-EMPMVS2NYX) to understand how the site is used. Analytics cookies are set only after you press “Accept” on the cookie banner. Until then, Google Consent Mode holds analytics storage in a denied state and no analytics cookies are written.
Pressing “Reject” means no analytics cookies are set at all. Your choice is stored locally in your browser. To change it, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will reappear.
We also use Vercel Speed Insights, which measures page-load performance. It does not use cookies and does not track you across sites.
6. Who we share data with
These are our sub-processors. Each handles data on our behalf under their own terms:

Some of these providers are based in, or transfer data to, the United States. Where that applies to visitors in the UK or EEA, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, depending on the provider.
7. How long we keep it
- Enquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted.
- Client records: for the length of the engagement, plus [X] years for legal and accounting purposes.
- Analytics data: 14 months, per our GA4 retention setting.
- Server logs: as retained by Vercel under their standard policy.
8. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS. Form submissions are transmitted over TLS. Access to submitted enquiries is limited to people who need it to reply to you. Client system credentials are stored in a password manager with multi-factor authentication and are never committed to code.
9. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, restrict or object to how we use it, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent at any time. Email babarlal@kabsailabs.com and we will respond within 30 days.
If you're in the UK or EEA and you're unhappy with how we've handled a request, you can complain to your national data protection authority, in the UK, the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
10. Children
This site is for business users. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.
11. Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top. Material changes affecting people who have already contacted us will be notified by email.
