For Shopify brands on more than one channel

Stop overselling across every channel.

A sale lands on Amazon. Shopify does not update in time. The item sells twice, and you send a refund and an apology. We build one source of truth that pushes real stock to every channel in seconds.

Free 30 minute audit. A fixed price quote after, or an honest no.

Free audit

Book the free audit

Leave your details, pick a 30 minute slot. We look at your store and channels before the call, so it starts where your setup actually is.

✓

You pay nothing for the audit

30 minutes. We come back with the three fixes worth doing first.

✓

A fixed price quote, or the honest no

Nothing is committed until you approve a quote. If a free app covers you, we say so on the call.

✓

No sequence, no list

Your details arrange the audit. That is all they are used for.

  1. Details
  2. Time

Your details.

So we can send the invite and the notes.

Where do you sell?

We only use your details to arrange your audit. See our Privacy Policy.

Show me my oversell risk

Where do you sell?

Tap the one closest to your setup. It takes ten seconds and it changes what we show you next.

You do not need us yet.

Shopify Flow plus a free inventory app covers a single store, and it does it for nothing. We would be charging you for something you already have.

Adding Amazon, eBay, Etsy or a warehouse this year? and we will show you the real number.

Orders you refunded because the stock was already gone. Count the apologies if that is easier.
In dollars. Shopify shows this on the Analytics home.
Refund, the email, the restock, the second email. 25 is our guess. Change it.
If that person is you, use what your time is worth.

Estimate. Your numbers, our arithmetic, nothing hidden. Not counted: the customer who did not reorder after the apology. We do not know how to price that and neither does anyone else.

What happens after you book

  1. You tell us where you sell.

Two taps on the form. That already tells us which channel is the usual culprit.

  2. We look at your setup before the call.

Store, channels, the apps already installed, and the last three oversells if you can find them. We do not want to spend your 30 minutes asking what we could have read.

  3. You get a plan, or the honest no.

Either we quote a fixed price to build it, or we tell you Shopify Flow plus a free app covers you and we end the call there. Both happen.

  4. We build one source of truth.

Every channel reads from it. A sale on any of them updates the rest in seconds. Focused builds ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Anything unusual goes to a person, not to a log nobody opens.

Not a workflow file. A system that stays up.

A $12 template and a $25 gig both give you a file. The file works until an API changes on a Sunday. You get a system, a person who watches it, and a number that rings.

What we will not sell you

  • Marketing automation. Klaviyo already does it well and we will not touch your flows.
  • Anything Shopify Flow gives away for free. If Flow covers it, we say so.
  • Per order or per ticket pricing. A fixed build fee and a monthly fee for keeping it up. That is it.

What you get

  • One stock count, pushed to Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy and your 3PL in seconds.
  • A person on call for the exceptions. Returns, damaged stock, the supplier who ships 90 when you ordered 100.
  • A message when something pauses, before a customer tells you.

Things people ask on the call

Does Shopify Flow already do this?

For one store, mostly yes, and we will tell you so. Flow cannot see Amazon, eBay, Etsy or your 3PL. That gap is the whole job.

I already have an inventory app.

Some are good. If yours updates every channel in under a minute and copes with returns and partial shipments, keep it. The audit is where we check, and we would rather say keep it than sell you a second one.

What about my email and SMS flows?

Not our job. Klaviyo owns that and does it properly. We build the stock side and leave your marketing alone.

How is it priced?

A fixed price for the build and a monthly fee for keeping it running. Never per order, never per ticket. The quote comes after the audit, once we have seen your setup, because a two channel store and a six channel store are not the same build.

How long does a build take?

Focused builds ship in 4 to 6 weeks. Larger multi system builds run 2 to 4 months, delivered in 1 to 2 week increments so you see progress early.

What breaks, and who fixes it?

APIs change. When one does, the sync pauses on that channel, a person gets the alert, and it is usually fixed before you notice. You get a message either way. That is the difference between a file and a system.

Built by us

Three other things we build for Shopify brands. Each one crosses systems that were never meant to talk, which is the work cheap apps and templates do not cover.

Accounting

Books that match your payouts

Shopify pays one number. Amazon pays another, minus fees you guess at. Add a POS or a second store and month end turns into a guessing game. A2X and Webgility do the single store case well and cheaply, and we will tell you to buy them. We build the messy case: several channels, several entities, custom cost rules, posted the way your accountant wants.

Support

Answer where is my order before anyone has to

Somewhere between a fifth and a half of your tickets are the same question, depending on whose numbers you trust. Your helpdesk answers it, and if it uses an AI agent it bills you for every answer. We build the channels the helpdesks underserve for small brands: WhatsApp order status and cash on delivery confirmation, and a voice agent that picks up after 6 pm and hands anything unusual to a person.

Purchasing

Purchase orders and fulfilment, without the retyping

Shopify has no built in way to automate purchase orders, so someone builds them by hand. Wholesale buyers still email a spreadsheet or a PDF that gets keyed in line by line. We build the chain across supplier email, your 3PL and your accounting, so the order lands in Shopify as a draft with the right price and the count updates when the boxes arrive.
